Every month on the first Wednesday, we gather in community to breathe. These sessions are an invitation to come home to yourself—through music, movement, breath, and presence.
You don’t have to be spiritual, experienced, or “ready.” You just have to show up.

✅ We’ll email you the Zoom link about 30 minutes before the session begins, so it’s easy to find when the time comes.

Time: 7 pm Central / 8 pm Eastern
Location: Online via Zoom
Length: ~60 minutes
(10 min intro, 30-minute breathwork journey, 15–20 min optional sharing)
Cost: Free / donation optional
💡 What Is Breathwork?
Breathwork is a conscious connected breathing practice that helps you shift out of the mind and into the body. It supports nervous system regulation, emotional healing, spiritual insight, and deep rest.

Each session includes:
Grounding meditation and breath guidance
30-minute music-driven breathwork session
Gentle close and sharing circle
What to bring:
Headphones (optional)
Blanket or yoga mat
Water
A quiet space where you can lie down
💬 About the Sharing Circle
After we breathe, we open the space for gentle reflection. Everyone will have the opportunity to share if they feel moved. No pressure.
We hold space with these principles:
No cross-talk or advice-giving
No fixing, analyzing, or comparing
Presence and confidentiality are sacred
Listening is an act of love
