A 60 minute journey of breath, presence, and healing
Every month on the third Thursday, we gather in community to breathe. These sessions are an invitation to come home to yourself through music, movement, breath, and presence.
You do not have to be experienced or ready. You just have to show up.
β οΈ First Time Joining
If you would like to join our monthly breathwork sessions, simply send an email to request being added to the email list.

Please write a short note that says you would like to join the monthly breathwork gathering.
We will reply with the Safety and Participation Form that needs to be completed before your first session.
Once you have filled it out, you will be placed on the monthly list for reminders and Zoom links.
You only need to complete the form once.
If you have already filled it out, you are all set.
β You will receive the Zoom link about thirty minutes before our monthly gathering begins so it is easy to find when the time comes.

When: Third Thursday of each month
Time: Seven in the evening Central and eight in the evening Eastern
Location: Online through Zoom
Length: About sixty minutes
Ten minute welcome and grounding
Thirty minute breathwork journey
Fifteen to twenty minute optional sharing
Cost: Free
π‘ What Is Breathwork
Breathwork is a conscious connected breathing practice that helps you shift out of the mind and into the body. It supports nervous system regulation, emotional healing, spiritual insight, and deep rest.
People often report feeling emotional release, deep clarity or peace, a greater sense of grounding, or a renewed connection with themselves. Some experience visions or creative insight.

Each session includes a grounding meditation, breath guidance, a music supported thirty minute journey, and a gentle close followed by optional sharing.
What to bring
Headphones if you like
A blanket or yoga mat
Water
A quiet space where you can lie down
π¬ About the Sharing Circle
After we breathe, we open the space for gentle reflection.
Everyone has the opportunity to share if they feel moved. No pressure.
We hold space with these principles
No cross talk or advice
No fixing, analyzing, or comparing
Confidentiality and presence are sacred
Listening is an act of love
